Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for processing any legal and compliance registrations. KOKJAGUAR Consultancy is not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from incorrect documentation or information provided by the client.
Our pricing is completely transparent. Service fees must be paid in full prior to the initiation of any registration process unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Government fees, taxes, and duties are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued if KOKJAGUAR Consultancy is unable to deliver the promised service due to an internal error. Once the application is submitted to the relevant government authority, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.
Unless otherwise stated, KOKJAGUAR Consultancy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may access this from KOKJAGUAR Consultancy for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
